Load Reliability Program
Participants receive financial incentives to reduce electric usage for a specific period of time during emergencies on the Power Grid.
When PJM calls a system emergency, MAPP's call center will notify the facility personel in advance of their required participation. MAPP will monitor the event and measure and verify the facility's participation level to ensure curtailment compliance and report the results to PJM Interconnection.
